Clafoutis with apples and pears
Recipe clafoutis was for me a pleasant culinary discovery. Fast, easy, and so delicious. Well, who doesn't love fruit and pancakes? And this "lazy" version of the lovely fruit dessert. I suggest to try it with Apple-pear filling. In addition, to prepare the evening to the morning with a minimum of effort to such a wonderful flavorful Breakfast! For the recipe thank you chadeyka.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vanilla

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Liqueur

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ice cream

So, if you want without the hassle to prepare a delicious morning Breakfast, we start cooking the night before. Soak the raisins in alcohol. I had a strong liqueur. In principle, any alcohol use what is at hand there.

Mix sugar, sifted flour and vanilla.

In the dry mix add 4 eggs and stir into a homogeneous mass.

Pour in the cream, all stir again and put into the fridge for the night.

Waking up in the morning, start cooking our Breakfast. Included to warm up the oven to 200 degrees. Clean and cut thin slices of pear and apples. Form (I had 22 cm) greased with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the fruit into the form, sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon.

The rest of the raisins in the alcohol, pour in the batter. Dough stir again and pour them fruit.

Put into the oven and bake there for about 40 minutes. When the wonderful aromas fill the kitchen and awaken everyone home, took our beauty out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar. The finished cake is slightly cooled. The dough sits, so don't be alarmed, this is normal. You can eat! Very tasty with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit!
