To prepare the fish, cut it along the ridge. Peel the onion, garlic. Fish can be hold in a little soy sauce.
Onions cut into rings. Lightly sprinkle the fish with lemon, onion, cloves of garlic, sprinkle with herbs (I have herbes de Provence) and close the other half of the fish. Put in foil, drizzle with olive oil and close the foil, wrapping it tight.
Put in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. And all... the Dish is ready. You can serve it with rice or as I do, with boiled potatoes
