Soft butter together with sugar beat with a mixer until smooth. Add eggs and again beat with a mixer a few minutes.
Bananas to clear, cut into small pieces and grind in a blender. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the water and mix.
Sift the flour, add the vanilla sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt - mix well. To the egg - oil mass add banana mixture, stir.
When the banana mixture is combined with other ingredients, gradually, 1 tbsp at a time, add dry ingredients, stirring with a mixer at low speed.
To the dough add the raisins (not pre-soak), stir with a spatula. The form for the cake grease with vegetable oil and put the dough, fill the form on 3/4. Cake bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes, until tender. Readiness check wooden stick. For the glaze: frozen egg white, lightly beat until the foam with a pinch of salt. Then, continuing to whisk, gradually add the powdered sugar. When the mass is already slightly whipped, add the lemon juice and continue to beat until until the mixture becomes thick and glossy. For colored icing: white icing add the beet juice, a pinch of turmeric. The finished cake carefully remove from the mold and hot to decorate with icing.
