Shrimp pie
Offer you one of my favorite pies for my family - a pie with shrimp and dill. Mother-in-law introduced me to this cake 8 years ago and I immediately begged for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

Cooking

Butter/margarine and flour RUB with your hands into crumbs. Add a couple of tablespoons of water and mix until smooth.

Spread the dough into shape (diameter 24-26). If the dough sticks to hands, moisten your palm with water and flatten. Send the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Lightly beat the eggs with salt.

Add the milk and again whisk.

Put cheese.

In last turn put shrimp and chopped dill. Salt.

Take out the dough from the fridge and put in oven for 8-10 minutes (225 degrees).

Pour the filling. The filling will seem gekatei, but it must be so.

Check the wooden wand at the ready. And one more thing. In-law form 26 in diameter, I have 24, the taste of the pie is different! Her cake is more compact, and my more airy. Both delicious, but I never thought about what shape size can affect the taste.
