Cake of puff pastry with spinach and soft cheese
Prescription Alexander Seleznev. Slightly modified to the taste of my family. Very thin crust, the filling is sour.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    225 g

  • Spinach

    450 g

  • Soft cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

The dough defrosted.

Cut onion finely and fry in mixture of butter and olive oil.

Spinach to defrost, add the fried onions.

Add the egg, mix well.

Add the semolina, mix well.

Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.

Two charges of dough out thinly, to connect.

Put the dough in a baking dish, cut the excess and put inside.

The dough sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Put the stuffing.

A third sheet roll and a roller to make cuts.

Cover pie edge to make the bottom layer of dough. To grease with a yolk. Bake in a preheated oven to 200C for 40 min.
