Stew with lamb
Prepared my husband is a big fan of lamb. Do not judge strictly, it was very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Lamb

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Cooking

Chop the carrots into cubes and fry it in vegetable oil.

Add to the carrots bell pepper, diced. We had half a different color.

Chop the mushrooms slices, and onion in fine julienne. Add to the vegetables.

Now add the cooked mutton, which is pre-sprinkled with spices for the lamb and leave for 20 minutes. Might seem strange at first, sauté the vegetables, then lamb, I also tried to resist, but my husband said that he prepares, and asked not to interfere. It tastes good, after all.

Now add the finely chopped garlic.

Add sour cream, stir and leave to languish on low heat, covered.

Now peel the potato, cut it into small pieces. Put on to cook.

When the potato is cooked until done, drain off half the water and add the stewed meat with vegetables. It all this time were extinguished. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste. My thrill, of course, wanted to make me a fire-breathing dragon and added quite a lot of hot peppers. It does not add ready-made seasoning for lamb is quite sharp.
