I love to cook something new and tasty, but did not think that the bow can cook something similar and was pleasantly surprised by the rich flavor. The jam can be eaten with sandwiches and many appetizers, perfect for meat.

Cooking
Onion peel and cut into half rings. Heat the oil in a saucepan or in a pot with a thick bottom and fry the onions on medium heat until Golden.
Add salt, sugar, pepper and water (or wine). Cover and simmer over low heat for about 40-55 minutes. From time to time to stir.
