Description
If you do not know what made the dessert, not at once will guess, that in the potatoes. This dessert prepared quickly and easily. When serving you can decorate with powdered sugar, berries, slices of fruits, nuts and so on.

Cooking
Gather all the necessary products. To prepare the potato dessert with jam I take butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%.
In a bowl put boiled potatoes in advance, softened butter, egg yolk and 50g chopped hazelnuts.
Knead it all with a potato masher until smooth. Add the starch and knead again.
Cook sugar syrup. In the bucket is poured into 40 ml of water, add sugar. Put on fire, bring to the boil and keep on heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Into the potato mixture portions pour in the sugar syrup. Stirred until homogeneity. Perhaps the syrup need not all. The dough should not be liquid. It should be viscous to drop from spoon.
Silicone molds liberally smeared with butter and sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts.
Each mold is filled to half of potato dough. In the middle make a little hole and the sides of the dough slightly up (as if "smearing" on the sides). In the middle spread 1 tsp. jam.
On top spread the remaining potato dough, gently spread. Ie should be able to so that the potatoes were on the bottom, side and top, and the jam in the middle (not touching the side walls of the molds).
Put bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Ready potato dessert take out from the oven and leave in tins until cool. Do not attempt to remove from the forms hot, they will fall apart! Removed only after complete cooling! Each cake sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish and serve. Bon appetit!
