Salmon baked
Juicy and tender salmon.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sour cream

  • Spices

  • Butter

The salmon fillet cut into portions. Add spices to taste. I added a seasoning for fish dishes (with lemon pepper).

Onion cut into half rings and fry in butter together with the mushrooms for about 10 minutes.

To onions add sour cream with mayonnaise 50/50. It took me a total of about 250g. Season with salt and pepper and heat for another 5 minutes.

The fish put in a baking dish.

Pour the cooked onion-mushroom sauce and put in the oven somewhere around 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 160-180 degrees.

To give a little "rest" and sprinkle with herbs before serving, I take a picture it did not - lunch! And all hungry!
