    330 ml

  • Yeast

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

Cooking

Sift the flour and pour in a container of bread machine.

Then add the honey, salt, olive oil

Oat flakes (I used here are from the company "Mistral"), buckwheat flakes, sunflower seeds and flax, yeast placed in a special container for additives

Then add paniharin (aka dry gluten). For what it is added? When you add gluten-free bread becomes more porous, delicate and airy. Gluten allows longer store the finished bread. If you do not have gluten, it is possible to do without it.

Finally, add water. Bake our bread in the "Basic raisin," XL size (large), crust color-medium. Total baking time 4 hours
