Delicious tea biscuits, perfect for weekdays and for holidays.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Starch

    60 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

In a Cup beat the egg, add the melted margarine, add powdered sugar. Stir until smooth.

Add sour cream and soy sauce.

Add baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Pour starch.

And Mac.

Add the flour.

Knead a soft dough. To put it in the bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then roll the dough out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm Cut molds cookies. Put it on a baking tray lined with parchment, top, prick with a fork. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
