Zrazy with vermicelli
Juicy chicken cutlets with mushroom stuffing and all the familiar noodles in a new way :)

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Spices

Large onion finely chopped, lightly fry in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter, add half the stuffing, the remaining part to fall asleep with boiled, chopped mushrooms. In mushrooms with the onions add salt and pepper, a spoonful of sour cream and to extinguish.
