Buchteln auf Himbeersauce. A gentle blend of sweet airy muffins with a tart raspberry sauce!

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    86 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Raspberry

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar
