Roll stuffed with Chinese cabbage
I love cabbage in any form. But I never bought and tried the Chinese cabbage because I didn't know what to do with it and how to cook it. And so I decided to buy the forks , so I thought why not cook the stuffing out of it? And that's what happened! But it turned out very delicious and hearty roll. All the advice!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

First make the dough. In a bowl pour 200 ml of warm water, add 2 tablespoons yeast, sugar, stir to dissolve the yeast. Add 50 grams flour and all carefully mix. Cover with cling film and put for 30 minutes in a warm place that dough has risen. After 30 minutes take out the dough, obminu it with a spoon. Butter is mixed with egg and add this mixture into the yeast mixture. All mix very well and add the remaining flour. The dough should be soft, slightly stick to hands, but not steep. Put the dough in the same bowl, cover with film and leave for 1 hour to rise! After 1 hour take the dough obmenu, a bit mixed and here is the dough ready, you can do the roll.

While the dough rises you can prepare the filling. Chinese cabbage cut in half, cut solid serdtsevinka, cut is not very finely and sent to the pan to stew. Add a little olive oil, simmer until soft, salt and pepper to taste and the topping is ready, cool it down! Make the roll. Take a little dough and roll out into a thin sheet, spread Kale and distributed throughout the formation. Roll the dough with the stuffing in the roll. I got 3 rolls.

Lay out the strudel on a baking sheet, greased. Grease top of loaf with egg and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 gr. Bon appetit!
