Cake
This pie has everything I love individually – coconut, banana, chocolate. Today I joined them together. The composition is very simple, no eggs and oil, but it turns out like a real pie. Because banana puree plays a connecting role and gives an airy feel. No wonder bananas often replace eggs in baking vegan and fasting. Coconut contains a lot of fat, which eliminates the need for additional oil supplements. The structure of the finished cake - krupitchatoy, wet.

It is our products. Three small banana, semolina and chocolate syrup (I have ready). The cake that remains from the coconut milk, I am lazy very much pressing, and it is thickish, not like coconut. In addition, since it is freshly ground coconut, it is quite oily, which allows not to add oil to the dough separately. To achieve such a result from dry chips, I think it should be soaked in a small amount of hot water that only it was covered, for half an hour. Then swollen shavings grind in a blender. Chocolates (I have two-tone: white + milk chocolate).

One banana cut into slices and set aside for cake decorating. The other two cut at random and mash them with a fork. Not necessary to knead into a homogeneous mass, so the part will be like mashed potatoes, part in small pieces.

Add the banana puree to the coconut mass. Stir.

There stir in semolina. If you like a lot of sugar, you can add it to the dough, as it itself turns out savory! But I was enough of splashes of chocolate syrup and candies, and bananas too; I do not like when taste.

In greased and sprinkled with semolina form to pay about 1/3 of the dough. Make it small cavities of arbitrary frequency and shape. Fill them with chocolate syrup.

Carefully spread on top of the rest of the dough, trying to keep the syrup not much smeared across the surface. It's not terrible, the taste will not be worse, but in the context of the finished cake look beautiful semicircular Islands of chocolate. Top in a circle to lay out the banana slices deferred.
