Description
Raspberry jam with mint is more fragrant and tasty than brewed only from the berries. Mint with raspberries perfectly "get along" in one company, the taste of this jam is even more intense, there is a subtle mint flavor. To be honest, I was surprised by the fact that on the website there is no recipe. Although... maybe I was looking bad.

Cooking
Raspberries put in a bowl (or another pot), pour the sugar, wait until the release the juice. You can leave for the night.
Then there are two options. 1. leave the berries as is, ie integer. 2. make a puree using a blender. I made mashed potatoes.
Add to raspberries sprigs of mint and simmer, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Why slow? What would mint have time to give their "flavors". After boiling proverjaem another 10 minutes.
After mint to remove, pour into sterilized jars.
Roll up. Allow to cool. And stored in the pantry.
