Quiche with mushrooms
Kish (FR. quiche) — a dish of French cuisine, which initially began to prepare the Germans of Lateline. Represents an open pie with a base of chopped dough, fill with the mixture of eggs, cream/milk and cheese (original - gruyères). I represent on Your court the interpretation found on the Internet.

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Soft cheese

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Black pepper

Cubes, slice the butter, stir in flour mixed with salt and pepper.

Hands grind the mixture into crumbs.

Add water, knead the dough, leave for 30 mins in the fridge.

Fry the finely chopped mushrooms; cream in the drive egg, salt.

On a greased with vegetable oil form (23 cm) to spread the dough, make the dough and bake for 20 mins in a preheated 180 gr. the oven.

Then the Foundation put the mushrooms, pour them with cream, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200 gr. 40 min.
