Meat

Garlic

Black pepper
0.5 tsp

Peppers red hot chilli
0.5 tsp

Mustard
2 Tbsp
Cooking
Meat wash, remove the films, dry and lard with garlic.
Both types of pepper mix and RUB them meat.
Then apply a liberal amount of mustard.
Prepared meat, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until tender ~ 1 hour (depending on the size of the piece of meat).
