Wheat-rye sourdough
Offer a recipe of tasty bread. I did it on sourdough, but you can also, instead of putting the leaven of yeast. Also, the additive can be different (I added in bread, raisins and cumin). Turned out well, very tasty.

Now take all of our ingredients for the dough (except the raisins and caraway seeds) and combine them in a bowl.And knead the dough.
