On the festive table 8 MARCH decided to bake an experimental cake, unusual and surprisingly tasty! First I prepared the dough. In 1 liter of whey dissolve a packet of dry yeast and 3 tablespoons of sugar, added the sifted flour and thoroughly mix all until creamy state, gave to wander the dough a couple of hours, added to 300 g of heated margarine, flour and entrusted to knead the dough grandson...
For the filling of the pie finely shredded cabbage (300 g). Small 5x5 mm cubes, sliced raw potatoes (300 g). Finely chop a couple of onions. Added 400 g of cottage cheese got 5 eggs, the total weight added 300 g of finely chopped apples... it's All thoroughly mixed, adding salt and spices (as a ready-made spices very well combined with mushrooms, meat or chicken flavor, for an Amateur). In a large cast iron skillet smeared with fat bottom and sides. Put thinly rolled layer of dough, so the dough went on the outside of the pan and to the top filled with the prepared stuffing.
