Chicken leg quarters in the East in bacon
Delicious, fragrant dish for Chinese food lovers. Thanks-fried in bacon, chicken drumsticks become more appetizing and is able to decorate a festive Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    8 piece

  • Bacon

    8 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Prepare the marinade for the drumsticks. Take soy sauce, which in this case is the perfect Sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki. Press out garlic, add ginger powder, ground coriander and chili pepper flakes.

Chicken drumsticks, remove the skin, otherwise it will be too greasy (I did for 2 servings). Tibia pour the marinade and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Take strips of raw-smoked bacon, take out the drumsticks from the marinade and zamatyvaem drumstick in bacon, like "the mummy".

Put drumsticks in bacon in a baking pan, put in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake until tender, 30 minutes.
