Braised red cabbage

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    0.5 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Juniper

    6 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Shred the cabbage.

Heat the oil in a pan. Lay out the cabbage. Mix well. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice.

Add the juniper. Add water and simmer 30 minutes.

Potatoes peel and RUB on a small grater.

Add the potatoes to the cabbage. Stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.
