Cold homemade ice cream in the summer heat! What you need!

Ingredients

  • Dried fruits

    2 cup

  • Maple syrup

    1 cup

  • Citric acid

Cooking

step-0
Take our fruit. I had fresh apples, pears, a hint of prunes. Went to the same lemon skin and the skin peeled Apple. The latter is not compote with just the child I have fresh apples to eat :) Actually you can use any cooked and uncooked fruit\fruits\YAG odes.
step-1
I have maple syrup, you can use any other. Can make ordinary sugar.
step-2
We grind our fruit, puree. Add the syrup. There citric acid as desired.
step-3
And then the most interesting. Of course, we are simple people, cool special forms for ice cream we have. But ice cream-we still want to! Take the cups. Plastic. If not disposable, take yogurt from sour cream, whatever. In the most extreme case a small plastic bottle cut in half. In short, looking at home. And pour our sauce.
step-4
We still of course need our ice to keep. Perfect disposable forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks for sushi... I Got the pictures in the middle, spoon from the formula. Are in each package lie, because we have a lot of them.
step-5
Forks, by the way, you need to trim the that's the way not to get hurt then all of a sudden, fascinated by eating sweets.
step-6
And then you need to figure out how to make our wand did not fall. Of course, you can put the puree in the freezer, wait for freeze slightly and stick the sticks then, but the easy way, we're not looking. Or then we can forget. Or we need to go somewhere and after 3 hours we're not home. Take the foil. Or plastic wrap. Or just paper and elastic. And cover our cups.
step-7
And put sticks! Well we did it and we are happy to send our ice cream rest in the freezer. I don't know honestly how many hours for complete curing of the need, I was set for the night.
step-8
Get. If you do not want to slip out of molds, you can immerse it for a few seconds in warm water. I have plastic cups in the hands of just a few seconds kept. Ate!
