Take the ingredients for the dough, namely: 1 egg and 3 tbsp of sugar
Also add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and 6 tablespoons flour. Next, make a homogeneous mass with an egg beater
Grease the form of butter. Pour the resulting mass into the form and start filling!
250 gr. cottage cheese, 3 tbsp sugar and 1 egg mix until smooth with a blender.
Spread the filling over the dough and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes under the temperature of 180*
