Coffee Panna cotta with cocoa
One of my favorite desserts! I decided to experiment and mix different flavors. It turned out very much even anything.:) All sweet tooths and gourmands note. Try!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Coffee natural

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

Prepare your ingredients:

In one Cup add the cream (300)ml milk (150) and coffee in the other smaller Cup and 50ml of milk 100ml of cream (this will go for the chocolate layer). In the same way in both cups distribute the sugar (in a big 70g, 30g small in). Stir.

Pour the saucepan. Mass for the first layer dovolim to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Allow it to cool down. Filter.

Make a second layer. Add cocoa powder, mix well and leave on low heat for another couple minutes. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool.

Until the mixture cools down, make gelatin. Pre-swollen gelatin melt in a water bath and add the same proportions in the cups with the ground. (i.e. coffee, more than half, in cocoa the rest). Mix thoroughly.

Coffee mix poured into molds/cups. Give her a little compacted to a state of jelly (15/20 min). Then on top of her chocolate layer and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Panna cotta is ready. Now you can sprinkle chocolate chips for the beauty or decorate to your taste. Bon appetit!
