What I like about these pancakes is the speed of execution. To cook them for Breakfast little faster than cook porridge. But the variety. In order to make it more interesting to eat, I use molds for cookies.
Ingredients

Flour
5 Tbsp

Yogurt
1 cup

Chicken egg
1 piece

Sugar
1 Tbsp

Salt

Apple
1 piece

Cherry
10 piece
Cooking
Sift the flour, add yogurt and egg, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add sugar and salt.
Apple RUB on a coarse grater.
In the dough add the Apple and cherries, mix well. Spread into the pan, fry from two parties to readiness. I fry on a dry pan, without oil.
The molds for cookies cut out animals, flowers, hearts - depending on inventory :-)
