Cooking
Rinse the apricots and pour it with boiling water. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Then drain the liquid.
Meanwhile, begin making the dough for pancakes. Eggs, salt and sugar, whisk.
In whipped mass to pour the milk, add the flour. Basically, if you make that amount of dough, as I indicate in the recipe, the milk can take a litre, and one glass pour ordinary boiled water. A tablespoon of flour take a slide. All mix until no lumps.
Then add the vegetable oil. Again stir. If added to the dough water, give him a few minutes to stand up.
I usually coat with butter.
Then prepare the filling (or until the pancakes are fried slowly preparing the filling). Smallscale apricots, mix it with cottage cheese, vanilla, add sugar to taste. And actually, stuffed pancakes...
