Good day, friends! I cook lately is extremely rare, and only casserole of potatoes every year. And I want to keep it special. On the website many great recipes, will offer its own version. He is inspired by autumn, I wanted to make it beautiful and bright. I think everything turned out perfectly. So, the vegetables cut into about 1-1,5 cm and fry in vegetable oil on high heat in a deep frying pan (in the manner of a wok)until soft crunching for about 10 minutes in the end add spices/salt to taste. My spices were ginger, dry garlic and curry + salt

In refractory form (I have silicone, ø 22 cm) lay products layers. If the form is metal or ceramic - grease the bottom and sides with butter. potatoes cut into thin slices 2-3 mm, spread on the bottom. Then stuffing and another layer of potatoes. Hands pressed neatly and tightly enough.

Next, spread the vegetables and another layer of potatoes. NOT pressed yet. The remains of the potatoes gently spread between the wall forms and casseroles. Prepare the sauce: milk+egg yolks (the protein makes the casserole "watery", it is of no use to us), mix well with a fork until smooth. Add the spices and salt. Here it is necessary to try, from savory and aromatic this blend, so will be very casserole.

Pour the mixture in the casserole. If you like I have a form of silicone, just enough to lift the edge and pull in different directions a bit, so the filling leaked out all the stuffing. Stir with a whisk, once the mixture of milk, flour and oil starts to boil - put the mushrooms and bring to a boil. Please note I have the mushrooms ALREADY welded white!!! Meanwhile, mix well with a whisk rest of milk and starch, add to boiling mushroom mixture, you can throw a Bay leaf for flavor and cook until thick. Salt. Remove from the heat.
