Plum jam with chocolate
Very tasty jam! Tastes like prunes in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    1 kg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Galereya mix

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Plum wash, dry, cut each plum in half and remove the seeds. Put into blender.

To do with the help of a blender puree, add the juice of one lemon, sugar and a bag confiture.

Simmer while stirring 5 minutes, the Chocolate mangled, add in the jam and allow to melt.

Hot spread the jam into the prepared jars, close the screw-caps and put on a towel upside down for 10 minutes. Then the banks turn and give CEM the cavity to cool.
