So nice after a busy day to drink a Cup of your favorite tea with a delicious cake. A pleasant coffee aroma will energize, and the combination of strawberry and banana is a bit dream.

Cooking
First prepare the basis for a cake for this mix eggs with sugar and a little whisk. Add the butter and again whisk.
Milk slightly warmed, and add coffee (the milk should be the temperature that coffee is dissolved).
Combine the egg mixture with maslany coffee. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Knead the dough consistency as pancakes.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until Golden brown. Take out and allow to cool. Cut the cooled cake into 4 parts. Cakes get good and tender.
We now proceed to the preparation of mousse, which will be one of the layers in our cake. For this mix jam (any that You like, this time I took a strawberry, as strawberry goes well with bananas and sour cream) with gelatine and the juice of half a lemon. Put on medium heat to gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil!
Leave the mousse to cool to room temperature. Then the cooled mass, beat with a mixer at maximum speed for several minutes until the mixture will increase in size by 3-4 times. It will be one layer in our cake.
Now prepare the second cream and collect the cake. To do this, whisk the sour cream with sugar. Take a couple of bananas and turn them into mashed potatoes and combine with sour cream mixture. Now combine the cake: on the first and third Korzh apply the creamy banana cream, the mousse jam, it would be strawberry framed by sour cream and banana. You can even each cake to give a little lie down and soak up (and therefore creams do not want).
From the top you can decorate the cake as desired. I covered chocolate butter ganache. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for impregnation for several hours, so it will be even tastier, although it is, of course, you can eat at once.
