Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Sprats

    1 can

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Sprats put out banks and letting them drain. Roll the dough, cut into squares.

On one half of a square spread sprats (if large, then one small can 2-3 pieces), close the other half and sasobit region.

Spread on a greased Rast. oil a baking pan or other utensils for baking on top of dough to grease the beaten egg yolk.
