Jam kiwi with coconut
Introduce a rather exotic jam kiwi with coconut flakes. Jam turns out very tasty, with a slight acidity and a wonderful coconut scent. Moreover, it turns out beautiful, and the preparation will not be difficult.

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

    500 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Coconut shavings

    20 g

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

Kiwi wash, peel.

Add citric acid, stir. Citric acid will help to preserve the color kiwi and gives a light acidity.

Put on fire, bring to boil and cook over medium heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally jam.

Ready jam pour into pre-sterilized jars with lids. I got two cans of 250 ml. allow to cool completely. Store in a cool place.
