Chicken rolls with liver
Delicious and beautiful rolls of chicken stuffed with chicken liver and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    550 g

  • Chicken liver

    100 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

Liver wash, dry with cloth, cut into small pieces, add soy sauce and spices to taste. I used black pepper, dried garlic and paprika. Leave to marinate.

Meanwhile, prepare the meat. I had a breast with skin and bone. I separated fillets (net weight fillet). Turned out 6 small pieces. Repel the pieces of fillet carefully through the film.

Liver fry in a skillet for a couple minutes. Greens wash, dry and finely chop. Greens choose according to your taste. Add the greens to the liver and stir.

30 grams of cheese cut into small bars by the number of fillets. On the edge beated put a spoon of the liver and a block of cheese.

Turn into the loaf. Put in a baking dish seam side down. Put in oven bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

The remaining 40 grams of cheese cut into thin slices, spread on top of rolls and bake another 10 minutes.
