Chicken kebab in aromatic gravy
Impressive dish for a romantic dinner (and not only!) - skewer of chicken on skewers in a fragrant gravy based on tomato juice with mixed rice as a side dish!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Chicken thigh

    200 g

  • Tomato juice

    400 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • A mixture of spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Rice cooked according to package instructions - 30 minutes. Chicken thighs cut into pieces, strung on skewers tightly.

Fry the skewers in the oil on both sides.

Tomato juice stir in flour until smooth (if the juice is not salt - salt to taste), pour into the pan.

Sprinkle with garlic, dried mix, add the mustard, put the sliced bell pepper.

Close the lid (tightly) and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Cooked rice put in a serving plate.

Sprinkle the kebabs with peppers, pour the sauce. Serve with vegetables, greens and a glass of wine.
