This name was thought up by my children every time eating a full plate, even my daughter-maloezhka said,"Mom, can I have another spoon?" This dish in our family is on the first place in popularity. Eat it mostly with pasta, but with the same pleasure eating homemade sauce and cereals. Preparing it is fast and simple. On the website saw a similar recipe, but mine is much simpler and need less products.

Cooking
Prepare stuffing.
Mushrooms - I have frozen cooked aspen.
Fry the onion until Golden, add the mushrooms, fry this mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to not burn.
Add the mince and fry, stirring occasionally, until tender. Potseluem if you must, but just a little bit. Add tomato paste and broth, stir and then simmer stew for 10-15 minutes under a cover on slow fire, stirring occasionally. Taste for salt, if necessary - potseluem.
While everything is fried-stew, cook either pasta or cereals - someone like that. Can and potatoes whip up :-). And here we are all ready! Enjoy!
