On the bottom of the pot, pour a little (about 1H. ml) of vegetable oil, add rinsed buckwheat. Each pot took me about 100 g of buckwheat. Down pour half of this amount (about 50g)
On top of buckwheat put chopped meat cubes, salt, pepper, and then onions, carrots and vegetables, salt, pepper, put a Bay leaf. Then repeat layers. When I put the meat, decided that it is too lean, and on top of the final layer of meat put into each pot a piece of butter. The final layer should be vegetables. Then, into each pot, pour hot water (2.5 times more than buckwheat). Hot water I pour because they are afraid to put the pots in a hot oven and put in cold. Temperature 250 deg. (my oven "tender"), after 30 minutes lower the temperature to 180 degrees. and leave to languish for another hour. Tomato paste diluted with water (2H. L. pasta + 50ml of water to the pot), added into each pot and leave for another 30 minutes.
