Cookies
Tender, soft, crumbly and delicious cookies. Recipe from Katyusha Django (сеи7 )

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

Oil whisk with sugar until light whitening oil. Add the egg yolks, whisk well. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Spoon knead the dough.

Here's what I did (if you have not such thick like mine, add more flour).

Spread the dough on plastic wrap (or package). Forming a long sausage. The diameter of the sausage must be the way you want to the diameter of the cupcake. Well we stamp, give a rounded shape

Put into the freezer for half an hour.

Then cut the sausage into pieces

Spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

Bake in preheated to 200*C oven for ~12 minutes. The cookies are ready!
