Description
The lady, borrowed the recipe for this pie was saying something about a holiday called Rosh Hashanah. I'm very curious, what could be more common in Manne cake in honey syrup with the Jewish New year. Googling, I learned that this holiday, which, incidentally, comes at the end of September or beginning of October, for a meal made of bread dipped in honey so that the whole year will be sweet. We have a New year yet to come, so there's a chance to make this cake and try the prediction on taste) the Cake turns out very sweet, delicate and crumbly, with a pleasant honey sour! Eat it - a pleasure! Try to conjure this wonderful pie, with the aim that all good things will come true! A sweet New year! ;)

Cooking
Very soft butter, beat with sugar.
Add milk and egg, beat again.
Semolina mixed with baking powder, vanilla and salt
Then combine the dry and liquid ingredients. The dough pour in form and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. My cake top browned very quickly, I think, in about 15 minutes, but it was obvious that the middle is still liquid, so the only solution was to enable lower heating, lower the temperature to 160 degrees and wait for readiness. It took me another 15 minutes (about 30). Readiness check cake with a skewer.
While baked cake, prepare the syrup. For this mix the water, sugar and honey, stirring until rastvoreniya last in the water, bring the mixture to a boil, and then boil on medium heat for 5 minutes until light thick. It took me 10 minutes to visually volume decreased slightly.
Ready hot cake liberally pour the syrup and then cut into squares.
The cake need to give a little stand, so as not to get burned by hot syrup permeates it, and serve!
