I take a Board, she put the baking Mat on a ring. You can immediately form a cheesecake on the platter on which you plan to submit. At the bottom lay out our dough from the cookies and milk evenly. Put into the fridge.
Gelatin for the filling, soak in the quantity of cold water, leave to swell.
200 ml cream 33-35% fat whisk until soft peak.
Cheese, yogurt, icing sugar put in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Get to the cheese-yogurt mass the juice of 1/2 of lemon, it will give a fresh touch to cheese.
30-40 ml of milk brought to 80-82 degrees, add to the soaked gelatine, stir until smooth. Pour in the cheese mass.
Gently with a spatula to mix up the curd whipped cream.
Spread in the form half the mixture, sprinkle with sliced peaches (this step is not required! If you put pieces of fruit - do not repeat my mistake, do not spread them all over the form, leave at the cm to a side - I put through and the cheese wasn't very stable - I tried to go on the fruit)
Then put the remaining half of the mixture, align, remove in the refrigerator until solidification of the hour and a half.
After this time, prepare the jelly. To do this, 2 peach peel, cut and chop the blender to puree. 6 g gelatin soak in 35 g of water. The peaches I got were not at all sweet, so I added in the puree a teaspoon of honey.
Gelatin to dissolve, warming in a water bath or in the microwave (but very carefully! it is impossible to exceed the temperature of -82 degrees). Mix with mashed potatoes. Pour the top layer of our cheesecake. Put into the fridge for an hour.

Help yourself! Cheesecake was very soft, almost not sweet (you can increase the amount of powdered sugar for the sweet tooth 1.5 times boldly), there is a cheese and yogurt making it useful. All a pleasant appetite!
