Roasted garlic arrows with vegetables
This simple and delicious recipe will delight you in the summer when the garden begins to emerge first harvest) Garlic arrows - very tasty and useful product, but few know that they can be used in food, and most importantly - how. Try to cook them, and they probably will be one of my favorite summer dishes!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

2 serving garlic shooter will need 50 pieces. They need to be cut young, soft, until they become fibrous, then they will disclose all their amazing taste and flavor =)

To cut the arrow pieces and fry in a little oil for 10-15 minutes. In principle, at this stage, we can eat now))

Cut the peppers, tomato, half onion or one small, RUB a small carrot on a grater, finely chop the garlic clove. Add to the pan with arrows, onions and carrots, and fry lightly, add the pepper and tomatoes (can use tomato paste). Salt, season to taste. Here is well-suited hot pepper. Add the garlic and fry until the vegetables are tender.
