Cooking
Prepare the products you see in this picture.
Turkey meat must be finely cut with a knife into small cubes.
In meat add ground paprika, coriander, black pepper, honey, finely cut garlic. Cumin and cardamom to fry in a dry frying pan and grind in a mortar, add to the meat. Last add 5 tablespoons of TERIYAKI sauce TM Kikkoman. For anyone little salt, one can add. For fastening of the stuffing, you can add 1tbsp. L. starch.
Formed into patties with a thickness of 1,5-2 cm and a diameter of about 8 cm. Below when posting on a grill patties not fall apart they need to be sure before frying to put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours and leave to Mature there.
Fry patties need on the grill on a moderately hot coals for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
I was afraid that the burgers will stick to the bars, but they are wonderful rolled and properly flushed.
Serve the meatballs with fresh vegetables, herbs and definitely with the TERIYAKI sauce TM Kikkoman. You will not regret!!! He, like no other sauce suitable for grilled meat.
