The ventricles in soy sauce
Delicious chicken gizzards are easy to prepare. Can be served as a separate dish, but you can favorite side dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Prepare all the products. The ventricles wash thoroughly, boil. I boiled in a slow cooker-a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

Cut onion into medium-sized pieces

The ventricles let cool and cut into strips.

In a frying pan with oil, fry lightly the onion.

Add the onions to the ventricles, spices, soy sauce Kikkoman. Fry all together for another 5-7 minutes.

Serves our ventricles with fresh vegetables. You can also submit with any garnish. Bon appetit!
