Very long searched for a good recipe, here it is the taste of childhood, remember how for 20 cents were sold))) gentle, smooth!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    430 ml

  • Cream

    360 ml

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Dry milk

    50 g

  • Corn starch

    20 g

Cooking

1) Starch mixed with 100 grams of milk, set aside. 2) In a saucepan combine dry milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, add 50 ml of milk and thoroughly stir.

3) Add the remaining milk, put on fire. Bring to boil, then pour the milk-starch mixture and on low heat, stirring constantly bring mixture to a state of condensed milk. Whisk and leave to cool-TO COOL down!!!

4) Cold cream whisk until stable peaks.

5) Carefully add the cream in a custard-cooled mixture, stir, pour into container for freezing. Put in freezer for 1.5 hours to get through 1.5 hours-beat and again put in the freezer for 1.5 hours, then whisk again and set for 4-6 hours in the freezer. PLEASANT MEMORIES FROM MY CHILDHOOD!!!
