Cooking
Mince the dates (stoned) and dried apricots.
All the nuts and half the norm of the sesame seeds, pour on a baking tray and bake in the oven until Golden brown. Hot peanuts immediately pour to date weight. Add the zest of one orange, cinnamon, cardamom and mix everything carefully.
