Cooking
I'd like to note an important point: margarine should be at room temperature so that it can be easy to mix with other ingredients. First you need to prepare the dough. The cheese and egg mix well until smooth. Add soda, vanilla, soft margarine and mix well again. Then gradually pour the sifted flour and knead the dough. The photo shows what it should be.
Some rolled the dough and then cut out circles with a glass, but I prefer to do everything by eye. I just give the dough the form of a brick and cut it in small pieces, and then roll them into circles (or you can take the form of a circle, as this time I did )
Every bit of the future cookie roll out into a circle with a thickness of about 0.5 cm and grease it with egg.
Then each oiled circle of dough need to be dipped in sugar the side which we smeared with egg (for convenience, I poured sugar on a flat plate).
Now we need each circle, fold in half the sugar side inward.
Now repeat the previous procedure: smear the top of the future biscuit with egg and dip in sugar. We have in mind turns out a semi-circle, where we will make two cuts in the shape of a foot.
Ready to "paws" put on the baking tray lined with parchment.
Sent our "feet" in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until just brown (I have a convection oven, they baked for 15 minutes).
