Tender liver with broccoli
Offer a simple, affordable and quick to prepare recipe. Tender liver just melts in your mouth, and broccoli so juicy and flavor-rich that you eat in the first place. And all this with fragrant basmati rice. Come on, be delicious, I promise!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

step-0
In boiling salted water, drop portioned bags of basmati rice from TM Mistral and cook for 12 minutes
step-1
Meanwhile, take one small carrot and half of onion, cut into
step-2
Fry in vegetable oil until transparent onions.
step-3
Chicken liver (can be Turkey, and rabbit) salt and pepper, dip them lightly in flour (you can not pyrovate) and fry from both sides for literally 4-5 minutes, no more than that the liver isn't dried
step-4
Omit the broccoli for one minute in boiling salted water and remove and drain the water (I have frozen, I placed frozen broccoli in boiling water).
step-5
To the liver add the browned carrots and onions, and broccoli.
step-6
Put sliced tomato (I have yellow) and 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
step-7
Prepare onlynow mixture - whisk eggs with sour cream. Onlynow mixture can be done according to your favorite recipe. Onlynow pour the mixture into the pan. Further, there are several options: 1. Cover, minimize heat and simmer for 3 -5 minutes until cooked omelette; 2. Put the pan in the oven. 3. Just mix everything and cook for about 2 minutes. I carefully shovel "move" all the products in the pan, I like it more. So all the components perfectly "married" to each other, are saturated with flavor and aroma. Cook for about two minutes, the egg mass is already "grabbed", but has not yet become dry. Adjust salt, pepper.
step-8
The rice is cooked, remove it and drain the water. Spread on plates and call everyone to the table. I was sorry to lose all the juices in the pan, and I, apart the liver with the vegetables, put the rice in the middle - though Basmati is my favorite rice - it can be eaten just like that, it is very tasty and flavorful, but saturated with all these juices it tastes even better. The liver is very tender. You can't even imagine how tasty then broccoli with the flavors of garlic and liver, flavored with tomato juice and all the juicy omelet. I highly recommend to cook this recipe, it's very, very tasty. Bon appetit to you and your family!
