1) Peel the carrots and potatoes to grate on a coarse grater, mix. Pepper, salt and let stand for 10 minutes. 2)Meanwhile, chop the onion half-rings, tomato rings, cheese to grate. 3) the Potatoes and the carrots, squeeze the juice, mix with the onion, to form a large pellet, and put it on with a whitewashed oil pan.
4)On a potato cake put the stuffing (for a salty and spicy) minced a few drops of Mayo, slice of tomato, sprinkle again with the mixture (potatoes, carrots, onions) and cheese on top worn. 5) place in oven heated to 200 degrees. And bake 40 minutes then sprinkle with greens and serve. Bon appetit.
