Paella
Very tasty dish that you can cook and feed a large number of people! Hearty, flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Seafood

  • Pepper

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Broth

  • Saffron

  • Nutmeg

Pork and chicken breast cut into pieces. Fry in a deep frying pan half hot olive oil until Golden brown, add the seafood. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Fry for another 3 minutes. Put in another pot.

Add to the pan the remaining oil and fry the chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper. Saute onions until transparent. Pepper, of course, it is better to take the red - it will be prettier in the end, but I, unfortunately, 2 of the nearest stores were only green! However the taste is not affected! Only on the aesthetic component!

The rice for this paella is great company Mistral "Indica". This wonderful rice retains its shape and is not sticky!

To the sauteed vegetables add the rice, green peas and spices. A little salt. Pour in the broth. Stew for 10 minutes the Broth for the paella must be delicious! Simmer this broth, which then would have to cook the soup!

Add to rice with meat, seafood and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve the paella hot! You can sprinkle with herbs. The amount of ingredients given for a large company for a family of 3 persons cut three times! Bon appetit!!!
