Knuckle in soy sauce
I want to share with You a very simple recipe for making shank. The meat turns out very soft and juicy!

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    1 kg

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Here are the products we need. Thoroughly wash the knuckle, if necessary trimmed.

I cook in a slow cooker, but you can on the plate (then you have to add boiling liquid).
