Nowadays a lot of talk about tasty and healthy food. More and more people refuse to move on to fried and boiled and baked food. So today I want to introduce You a very simple and incredibly tasty and flavorful dish. Potatoes cooked in the oven with herbs, garlic and soy sauce.

Cooking
For this dish You will need: potatoes, garlic, herbs (dill, parsley), soy sauce.
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges, if You have potatoes, you can cut unpeeled.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Mix the potatoes with chopped garlic, herbs and add the soy sauce. All mix, salt, pepper to taste. Keep in mind when you add salt, the soy sauce itself is slightly salty so do not overdo it with salt. Leave for 15 minutes, until the potatoes are soaked.
Spread on a baking tray our already flavorful and amazing potatoes evenly and put in oven on 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
